About the role
The Assistant Manager – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in day‑to‑day departmental operations.
- Oversee training, supervision, and performance of housekeeping attendants and team leaders.
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of corporate strategies and brand standards within the department.
- Collaborate with other hotel functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in housekeeping.
- Strong communication abilities and customer‑relations skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
