Hospitality Lecturer – Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Hospitality Lecturer to deliver both theoretical and practical instruction in Housekeeping and related subjects. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences for students while bridging academic concepts with real‑world industry practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Housekeeping and hospitality topics.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations, workshops, and practical assessments.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and practical work.
• Provide industry‑oriented training, mentorship, and career guidance, including support for internships and placements.
• Participate in curriculum development and other academic activities.
• Maintain discipline and professional standards in classrooms and labs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a reputable 5‑star hotel, preferably in the Housekeeping department.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service practices.
• Ability to connect academic concepts with real‑world industry practices.
• Professional attitude with mentoring capabilities.
