About the role

The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Sales supports the Director of F&B in driving sales for all hotel outlets. You will develop client relationships, promote the property, and help maximise revenue across restaurants, bars and the executive lounge.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement sales action plans under the guidance of the F&B Director.
  • Prepare and verify invoices for all agreed services.
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities to increase F&B revenue.
  • Promote the hotel through site visits, presentations and networking events.
  • Visit former, existing and potential clients to secure contracts, especially commercial accounts.
  • Maintain regular client visits according to a predetermined schedule.
  • Accompany VIP guests and top accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle after‑sales service, including guest complaints, in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Keep an up‑to‑date database of former, existing and potential F&B guests.
  • Prepare monthly sales schedules and record related activities.
  • Approach guests daily in each outlet and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in food & beverage sales or hospitality sales.
  • Strong client‑relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple hotel departments.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
