Senior Manager - Food & Beverage

About the role

The Senior Manager – Food & Beverage leads all dining and banquet operations for the club, ensuring premium service, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will shape the culinary experience, drive new concepts, and align the F&B strategy with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end F&B operations, including hiring, menu development, budgeting, quality control and guest service.
• Drive operational excellence and premium service standards across all venues.
• Lead new F&B concepts, promotions and revenue‑generation initiatives.
• Coach staff on the floor, conduct training assessments and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage departmental profitability through budgeting, forecasting, cost control and P&L analysis.
• Ensure compliance with food safety (FSSAI/HACCP), hygiene and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate health, safety and environmental risks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align F&B strategy with overall business goals.

• Proven senior leadership experience in food and beverage operations within a hospitality or club setting.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Ability to inspire high‑performance teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
