Area Sales Manager – Unsecured Loans (Nagpur)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Unsecured Loans will lead the growth of the unsecured loan portfolio in the assigned region. Reporting to senior management, the ASM is responsible for building a balanced book, driving market share, and ensuring high‑quality credit acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the unsecured loan book within the designated area, meeting disbursement and ROI targets.
• Design and execute operational tactics to engage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the Zonal Head to operationalise end‑to‑end unsecured lending transactions.
• Maintain superior product delivery standards while safeguarding credit quality of new acquisitions.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as disbursements, fee income, cross‑sell ratios, and front‑end resolution rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales of unsecured personal and business loans.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve loan disbursement and profitability targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with DSAs and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to analyse market dynamics and implement strategies for market share growth.
