AML Quality Assurance Specialist (Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian)

About the role

The Compliance Quality team is seeking an AML Quality Assurance Specialist who is fluent in Arabic, French, Spanish or Italian. The role will audit high‑complexity AML operational work across Amazon's payment entities, ensuring robust controls and identifying improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform AML quality audits on behalf of the Quality Assurance team.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver findings and support continuous improvement.
• Provide AML audit expertise during meetings, workshops and leadership reviews.
• Create and update guidance and program documentation.
• Conduct investigations and audits covering suspicious activity, sanctions and enhanced due diligence.
• Deliver written, professional feedback and share industry best practices.
• Analyze product and service risks within an AML framework.
• Link policies, SOPs, internal controls, monitoring and reporting to enhance compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of AML or compliance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing).
• Professional auditing or risk/compliance qualification.
• Working knowledge of EU financial institutions, money‑service business and related regulations.
• Experience handling confidential information with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, Spanish or Italian.
