Air Export Executive

About the role

Expeditors is seeking an Air Export Executive (AOG Agent) to join its global logistics team. In this operations‑focused position you will manage export shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and support customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Track and trace air shipments and dispatch freight.
• Prepare, handle, and process house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory paperwork.
• Enter shipment data accurately and timely into the operating system.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, instant messaging, and in‑person.
• Monitor reports, generate client billing, and maintain strong relationships with airlines and trucking partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and customer requirements.
• Meet departmental and company performance indicators.
• Participate in mandatory 52 hours of annual training provided by the company.

Required profile

• Effective interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Consistent attendance record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint.
