Ticketing Executive – Amadeus Expert

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Ticketing Executive with strong expertise in Amadeus and other GDS platforms to join our Ahmedabad office. You will manage end‑to‑end domestic airline ticketing, support corporate and leisure clients, and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process domestic air ticket bookings, issuances, re‑issuances, cancellations, refunds and rescheduling.
• Utilise GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo or similar) to find optimal fares and routing while adhering to airline fare rules and deadlines.
• Cross‑check passenger details, travel dates, sectors and fare basis for 100% accuracy.
• Handle IRROPS (flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes) and provide alternate solutions.
• Provide prompt, professional support to corporate clients, internal sales teams and walk‑in customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators and suppliers for fare confirmations, waivers and group queries.
• Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions, PNRs, invoices and refunds.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline); a diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
• 1–5 years of hands‑on experience in domestic airline ticketing.
• Experience with corporate or luxury travel is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus (preferred) and other GDS platforms such as Galileo.
• In‑depth knowledge of domestic airline ticketing processes and fare structures.
• Ability to manage high‑volume ticketing operations accurately.
