Territory Service Representative (Biker)

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (Biker) is responsible for end‑to‑end parcel handling within a defined area. You will load, sort, scan, and deliver shipments, as well as collect parcels from customers according to standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then out‑scan parcels according to the delivery route.
• Deliver packages to the exact customer address and obtain electronic acknowledgment via a BYOD device.
• Update status codes for undelivered items and hand over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Collect parcels from customers, verify serviceable locations, count items, and record acknowledgments on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan collected shipments at the office, manage rapid entry, and prepare bags for the next delivery run.
• Maintain proper dress code, carry field bags, and ensure timely arrival at each delivery point.

Required profile

• Ability to ride a bike safely and follow SOPs for pickup and delivery.
• Comfort handling cash (COD) and using mobile devices for acknowledgment.
• Attention to detail for scanning, sorting, and documentation.
• Physical stamina to load/unload bags and work in various field conditions.

Required skills

• Operation of handheld scanning devices.
• Basic mobile device usage for data entry.
• Cash handling and COD reconciliation.
