Agency Recruiter – Remote

About the role

SBI Life Insurance is seeking a full‑time remote Agency Recruiter to attract, assess and onboard agency advisors and insurance agents across India. You will partner with business leaders to meet manpower needs while ensuring a smooth, compliant candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screen profiles, conduct interviews and evaluate suitability for sales and distribution roles.
• Coordinate selection, offer processes and onboarding orientation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, training teams and external partners to plan recruitment campaigns.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain reports and manage talent pipelines using ATS or HR systems.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in insurance, financial services or field sales.
• Strong relationship‑management abilities with hiring managers and external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and maintaining recruitment reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while upholding high ethical and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for sales‑focused roles.
• Proficiency with ATS or HR information systems for pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
