About the role
Amazon Advertising is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Ads Account Manager to join its Bangalore team. You will partner with advertisers to deliver high‑impact digital campaigns that connect the right product with the right customer at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, providing first‑class service and tailored advertising solutions.
- Execute end‑to‑end campaigns, aligning spend with weekly, monthly, quarterly and event‑driven cadences.
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics, recommend optimizations, and drive high renewal rates.
- Monitor defect metrics such as high ACoS and proactively advise advertisers on corrective actions.
- Prepare regular, in‑depth activity reports and insights to inform future campaigns.
- Own ad‑revenue targets for assigned advertisers and apply product strategies to exceed goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Amazon’s data, targeting, and product channels to create customized solutions.
- Co‑lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with advertisers.
- Ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and highly motivated with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to deliver on advertising priorities and meet advertiser KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset and customer‑centric approach.
