Program Manager, Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

About the role

The Amazon Flex & Hub Delivery team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to own and scale performance marketing and lead‑generation programs that attract qualified drivers. You will shape the top‑of‑funnel strategy, execute campaigns across digital channels, and continuously improve acquisition cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end performance marketing strategies for driver and Hub Store acquisition.
• Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, optimizing keywords, bids, ad copy and ROI.
• Lead SEO initiatives, conduct keyword research, and work with web teams to implement technical improvements.
• Design and run social media marketing programs that drive lead generation and conversion.
• Build measurement frameworks, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
• Familiarity with online and mobile channel marketing strategies.
• Experience creating brand marketing content for owned channels (preferred).

• Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
• Google Ads (paid search/SEM) management.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and tools.
• A/B testing and multivariate experiment design.
