About the role

Van Heusen, a leading brand under Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to drive retail growth and elevate the consumer experience across its network of over 500 stores. The role focuses on creating awareness, engagement and memorable experiences for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing plans that increase footfall, sales and customer engagement across the store network.
• Identify and address performance gaps in under‑indexing stores through localized marketing interventions.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of new store launches, seasonal campaigns, festive activations, collection launches and consumer engagement programmes.
• Partner with influencers, creators and local communities to generate awareness and excitement around stores.
• Continuously improve the in‑store consumer experience by collaborating with Visual Merchandising, Retail and Training teams.
• Design initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and brand affinity at the point of sale.
