About the role
The Admin, IR & Stores Coordinator will oversee site administration, industrial relations and material management at the JSW Dolvi facility. The role ensures compliance with labour statutes, smooth manpower coordination and efficient handling of inventory in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records for workmen.
- Coordinate accommodation, mess and transportation for site staff.
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC and labour licences.
- Liaise with local authorities and resolve industrial‑relations issues.
- Support the Site In‑Charge in manpower mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Manage receipt, storage and issue of materials according to company procedures.
- Inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality and maintain documentation.
- Conduct regular stock verifications and reconcile records with Head Office.
Required profile
- Graduate/MBA in HR/IR or Diploma in Material Management (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in site administration, industrial relations and stores operations.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to multitask and manage site operations efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems for stock tracking.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
