Specialist Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Hyderabad)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Specialist Assistant Manager to lead experienced‑hire recruiting for its USI business. Based in Hyderabad, you will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and reinforce Deloitte’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for experienced hires, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer approval, and candidate disposition.
• Meet hiring demand targets and execute recruiting plans aligned with business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders and sourcing teams to build active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and use analytics to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support candidate engagement, interviewer preparation, post‑offer follow‑up, and brand‑building activities.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• 6‑9 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
• Proven experience managing experienced‑hire recruitment end‑to‑end.
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and conduct market research.
