Lead Sourcer – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Nike India is seeking a Lead Sourcer to drive talent acquisition across the organization. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to build proactive pipelines for mid‑level to senior leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for mid to senior‑level roles, ensuring strong pipeline health and readiness.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and calibrate talent expectations.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Use market intelligence and research to guide sourcing approaches and stakeholder decisions.
• Leverage multi‑channel sourcing tools and technologies to improve scale, reach, and efficiency.
• Manage high‑priority and leadership searches while balancing multiple ongoing requirements.
• Ensure strong candidate engagement through timely communication and follow‑ups.
• Act as an escalation point for sourcing challenges and help resolve blockers.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a research‑driven environment.
• Proven track record supporting hiring for mid‑level to senior and leadership roles.
• Strong capability in market mapping, talent pipelining and insight‑led sourcing strategies.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions using data and insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
