Windows Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a service‑oriented, tech‑savvy Windows Systems Administrator to join our global IT infrastructure team. You will collaborate with colleagues across geographies to implement, operate, and support a secure, stable, and high‑performing Windows server environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, operate, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and supporting tools.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Deploy and manage OS patches, updates, and security fixes.
• Operate and manage VMware/vSphere virtualization environments.
• Provide first‑level support for IT server infrastructure.
• Monitor Microsoft Servers and storage infrastructure.
• Ensure systems comply with configuration baselines and security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware/vSphere virtualization technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of patch management best practices.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of File Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
