About the role
Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced welders for various steel, power, and foundry plants across Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The positions involve welding, fabrication, and maintenance of industrial equipment and structures.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and welding symbols to plan weld layouts.
- Prepare, cut, bevel and grind metal components using saws, plasma cutters or oxy‑acetylene equipment.
- Perform welding operations (arc, MIG, TIG, gas, CO₂, etc.) on structural, pipe and pressure vessels.
- Maintain welding equipment, ensure safety standards and conduct routine inspections.
Required profile
- Work experience ranging from 2 to 7 years depending on the specific posting.
- Ability to work onsite in plant environments.
