Welder – Full-time On-site Position

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Welder to join our team in Kothamangalam. The successful candidate will fabricate and repair metal components for automotive applications, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform arc, TIG and MIG welding on a variety of metal parts.
• Fabricate new components and repair existing ones according to technical specifications.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Apply appropriate welding techniques for different materials to achieve durability and precision.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven proficiency in arc welding and other welding techniques.
• Experience with TIG and MIG welding methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to safety.
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Relevant welding certification or technical qualification is preferred.
