Web Developer (WordPress)

About the role

You will translate Adobe XD or Figma designs into high‑performance, responsive WordPress websites. The position reports to the UK Design & Development Manager and works closely with the Bangalore Digital Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Convert design files into clean, custom WordPress themes using PHP.
• Build reusable components and flexible page templates with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Ensure cross‑browser/device compatibility and optimise for Core Web Vitals, speed and SEO.
• Integrate tracking codes, forms and third‑party services (GA4, GTM, CRM).
• Troubleshoot bugs, maintain existing client sites and safely deploy from staging to live.
• Collaborate with designers to achieve pixel‑perfect builds and communicate technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of WordPress development experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio of live WordPress sites.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks and meet deadlines.
