Web Developer – React, PHP, WordPress (2‑4 yrs)

About the role

M2M is seeking a Web Developer with 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience to create visually polished, responsive, and high‑performing websites. You will work on a variety of client projects, turning Figma designs into pixel‑perfect web pages while collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, PHP, and MySQL.
• Implement WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, and Shopify solutions.
• Convert Figma prototypes into responsive, cross‑browser compatible sites.
• Integrate modern web animation libraries such as Three.js, Spline, or GSAP when required.
• Optimize site performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and incorporate feedback quickly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in front‑end and back‑end technologies listed above.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced agency environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
