Warehouse Head – Apparel Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Head to independently manage end‑to‑end warehouse and inventory operations for a high‑volume apparel manufacturing unit. The role oversees fabric, garments, packaging material, logistics, dispatch, storage, and material flow for a workforce of over 100 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own all warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, storage, dispatch and logistics.
• Control inventory of fabric, garments, packaging material and consumables.
• Coordinate material flow between warehouse, production and dispatch.
• Supervise labour attendance, productivity and discipline.
• Manage relationships with transporters and logistics partners.
• Implement SOPs, ensure audit readiness and enforce shrinkage control.
• Utilise ERP/WMS systems to generate MIS reports and dashboards.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management within apparel, textile or fashion manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing large teams and high‑volume inventory.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
