Assistant – Dispensing (Warehouse Operations)

About the role

The Assistant, Dispensing supports all warehouse activities at Amneal Healthcare, ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMP standards. The role involves handling material receipt, dispatch, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for receipt and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and miscellaneous material in compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
• Maintain online documentation and record warehouse activities, including cleaning, balance calibration, de‑dusting, physical verification and labeling.
• Coordinate with purchasing, PPMC and site consumers, and support regulatory and finance audits.
• Enter data into the ERP system such as GRN preparation, sales orders, and manage stock records for raw material, packaging material, miscellaneous material and finished goods.
• Handle retest, expired and rejected materials, and ensure proper storage conditions as per SOPs.

Required profile

• Undergraduate education (HSC required; ITI preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a cGMP environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for data entry and inventory management.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and standard operating procedures.
