Strategic Program Specialist

About the role

A meticulous and results‑driven Strategic Program Specialist will oversee, analyze, and optimize daily order management and inventory workflows for Arrow Converge’s global electronics program portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and track customer order structures and inventory systems on a daily basis.
• Execute precise inventory replenishment cycles based on forecasting schedules, buffer agreements and client demand.
• Monitor component supply chains to ensure shipments meet ETA targets and client SLAs.
• Generate and present accurate inventory status updates and pipeline performance reports to internal management and global clients.
• Partner with warehouse logistics, procurement and client management teams to resolve bottlenecks or component shortages swiftly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in electronic component distribution, manufacturing or specialized EMS.
• Deep understanding of volatility, lifecycles and lead‑time nuances of semiconductors, passives, connectors, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to detect data inconsistencies before they impact customers.
• Clear communicator capable of managing external corporate relationships.
• Flexibility to work across international time zones and support India public holidays.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Foundational knowledge of demand planning, safety stock calculations, transit logistics and international lead‑time management.
