Warehouse Assistant – MHE Operator

About the role

The Assistant – MHE Operator will support the Warehouse Manager in organizing warehouse areas and ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This onsite role is based in Halol and requires strict adherence to safety norms while handling material handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload vehicles and place material at designated locations.
• Follow safety procedures and prevent unauthorized access to forklifts (FLT) during operation.
• Execute scanning procedures and keep inventory records up‑to‑date.
• Perform put‑away and picking operations based on assigned locations.
• Identify and report material mismatches or incorrect placements.
• Conduct daily FLT inspections, report malfunctions, and ensure timely maintenance.
• Maintain FLT cleanliness and manage battery charging or diesel refueling as needed.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating MHE in a warehouse environment.
• Educational qualification of 10+2, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Valid FLT driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining safety and efficiency.
