Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at Park Hyatt Hyderabad. In this role you will serve guests in the assigned dining area, ensuring a high standard of service that enhances guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with a courteous attitude.
• Take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Process payments and operate the point‑of‑sale system according to hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
