About the role

Marriott International’s W Hotels brand is seeking a dedicated professional to lead Rooms & Guest Services Operations at its property in Vagator Beach, Goa. This full‑time management position oversees the day‑to‑day delivery of hospitality services, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of rooms operations, including housekeeping, front‑desk, and guest services.
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or resort operations management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Hospitality management systems (e.g., PMS) knowledge.
