About the role
The Process Associate will support the Order-to-Cash domain by handling customer interactions through email and chat channels. This entry‑level position focuses on delivering high‑quality service, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries via email and chat.
- Enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems with high accuracy.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior support teams.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science stream.
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Navallur location.
Required skills
- Excellent written communication in English.
