Video Producer (End-to-End Creator)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Video Producer who can own the entire video pipeline, from concept through to final delivery. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to turn briefs into compelling visual stories, handling both on‑set production and post‑production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into scripts, storyboards, shot lists and production schedules.
• Set up and operate cinema or mirrorless cameras, design lighting rigs and capture high‑quality field audio.
• Lead on‑site shoots as a one‑person crew or small team leader.
• Organise raw footage, edit narratives, design soundscapes, colour‑grade and add motion graphics.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools for rapid rough cuts, object removal, transcription and captioning.
• Manage feedback cycles, format and optimise final masters for corporate presentations, social media and other channels.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience delivering video projects from brief to export.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both on‑set execution and advanced post‑production work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communication or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Professional cinema and mirrorless camera operation (e.g., Sony, Canon).
• 3‑point lighting setup and studio/outdoor lighting modifiers.
• Lavalier, shotgun and field recorder audio capture.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Broad knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI video and audio tools such as Hera, Synthesia or HeyGenAI.
