Veterinary Receptionist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing veterinary hospital as the front‑line receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and schedule appointments using the practice management system.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient records.
• Process payments, handle insurance paperwork, and maintain accurate billing.
• Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to facilitate patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

• Ability to work flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12‑hour schedules) and adapt to a fast‑paced setting.
