Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in Chapel Hill. Working Monday to Friday, 10 am–6 pm, you will help clients maintain independence and dignity while living at home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily living tasks.
• Perform basic health‑care duties such as checking vital signs and administering prescribed medication.
• Provide light housekeeping, including meal preparation and general cleaning.
• Arrange or provide transportation for clients as needed.
• Gather and relay information about clients’ conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members.
• Observe, document, and report any changes in client condition.
• Stay current with home‑health aide training, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable personal vehicle that is insured and a valid driver’s license.
• Current TB test result.
• Pass background and drug screening; must be E‑Verify eligible.
