Valuation Analyst

About the role

The Valuation Analyst will support the valuation team by reviewing complex US mortgage cases and preparing detailed valuation reports for clients. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent written communication, and the capacity to work night shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Research and provide detailed reviews of complex valuation cases.
• Search, read, and analyze mortgage, OA documents, tax records, and other valuation‑related materials.
• Maintain 100% quality yield with error‑free work consistently.
• Meet output targets set by the business unit and complete assignments on time.
• Flexibly work night shifts when required.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of US mortgage processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with accurate grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to draft professional client emails following business etiquette.
• Bachelor's degree (master's degree is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, cognitive, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
