User Growth & Marketing Analytics Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive user growth and marketing analytics across the entire customer journey. You will shape data‑driven strategies, optimize funnels, and partner with product, engineering, sales and customer success to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine end‑to‑end user growth strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user behavior studies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design and execute funnel optimization initiatives from acquisition to retention.
• Own A/B testing, growth experiments and iterative analysis across channels and product features.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
• Build forecasting models for CAC, LTV, ROI and set ambitious targets.
• Drive data‑driven decision making for all marketing activities and budget allocation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, attribution models and audience segmentation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in user growth, digital marketing or marketing analytics, preferably in e‑commerce or online travel.
• Proven track record of delivering significant user acquisition and retention through data‑driven strategies.
• Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion and churn.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building forecasting and attribution models.
