US Recruiter – Engineering & Automotive Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering and automotive positions across the United States. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full US recruitment lifecycle for automotive and engineering roles, including mechanical, electrical, validation, manufacturing, and product engineering positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and talent‑mapping techniques.
• Conduct in‑depth technical screenings to evaluate competency, domain expertise, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with US‑based hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and decision making.
• Drive candidate engagement through offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with US hiring practices, documentation, and internal recruitment policies.
• Update the ATS accurately and provide regular hiring status reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of US recruitment experience, specifically in engineering or automotive hiring.
• Strong knowledge of the US job market, time zones, and hiring practices.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting for automotive OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, or engineering services firms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, US‑shift environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with engineering skill sets such as CAD, CAE, EV technologies, testing & validation, and manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and US sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
