US Finance Recruiter – Fresh Graduate (Onsite, Mohali)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our team as a US Finance Recruiter. Based in Mohali, you will support the full‑cycle hiring of accounting and finance professionals for our US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview internal and external candidates for finance positions.
• Leverage social media and recruitment tools to identify qualified talent.
• Communicate status updates to applicants, including offers and rejections.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for accounting and finance roles in the United States.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring priorities.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance or MBA in Finance, FinTech or Banking.
• Fresh graduates (2026 pass‑outs) are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of finance in financial services is a plus.
• Awareness of talent marketplace trends and issues.
