About the role
Surbanajurong is looking for an experienced Urban Planner/Designer to join its Gurugram office. You will work within a collaborative team to develop innovative urban planning and design solutions that create positive impact for communities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive urban plans and design concepts for mixed‑use projects.
- Conduct site analyses, zoning reviews, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare master plans, layout drawings, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Support project teams in meeting regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in urban planning and design.
- Strong understanding of planning principles, land‑use regulations, and design standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
