UI/UX & Graphic Design Faculty (Full‑Time)

About the role

ZICA ZIMA Ludhiana is seeking an experienced UI/UX and Graphic Design faculty member to deliver industry‑aligned training to students. The role involves teaching both theoretical concepts and hands‑on software skills, guiding learners from foundational knowledge to portfolio‑ready proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured classroom sessions covering UI/UX processes and graphic design fundamentals.
• Teach core design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Dimension, and Notion.
• Guide students through research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• Develop and update curriculum, assignments, and live projects in line with current design trends.
• Mentor students on portfolio creation and preparation for placement interviews.
• Assess student performance through regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure job‑ready outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional or teaching experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design work.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
