Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and a passion for exploring the future of visual communication. The ideal candidate anticipates trends, experiments with new styles, and blends traditional design expertise with AI‑powered tools to deliver compelling digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative design for brands, social media campaigns, digital advertising and marketing communications.
• Develop strong concepts and visual directions for multi‑channel campaigns.
• Create high‑quality designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Produce campaign key visuals, carousels, thumbnails, advertisements and branding assets.
• Identify and apply the latest design, typography, motion and social media trends.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, visual references, compositions and production‑ready assets.
• Explore advanced AI workflows to improve creativity, efficiency and design quality.
• Combine AI‑generated elements with professional design execution.
• Collaborate closely with content, digital marketing, video and strategy teams.
• Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind each design.
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh visual approaches.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide and support junior designers when required.

Required profile

• Think creatively and push the quality of design.

• Stay ahead of design and social media trends.
• Experiment with AI tools and integrate them into the workflow.
• Create original visual ideas that stand out.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva and After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent knowledge of current digital and social media design trends.
