Treasury Team Member – Middle Office

About the role

The Treasury Team Member – Middle Office supports Adani Group's treasury operations by monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with risk policies, and reconciling data across front, middle, and back offices. The role focuses on risk reporting, transaction validation, and process enhancements to maintain operational accuracy and support the treasury’s financial and risk‑management objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and enforce exposure and stop‑loss limits; report utilization to senior leadership.
• Manage breach situations by seeking trade ratification and implementing corrective actions.
• Calculate, analyze, and report Value at Risk (VaR) and conduct stress‑testing simulations.
• Provide business and risk intelligence for advanced risk‑management system implementation.
• Monitor trade execution channels (FXGo, Bloomberg, voice calls) and escalate unauthorized sources.
• Maintain up‑to‑date dealer mandates and ensure compliance with corporate authorization rules.
• Compute and publish daily P&L statements for all treasury desks.
• Validate trade valuations and perform MTM reconciliation using the FinMechanics system.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage limit breaches promptly.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with FXGo and Bloomberg trade execution platforms.
• Experience using FinMechanics (FM) for valuation and MTM reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Value at Risk (VaR) calculation and stress‑testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with dealer mandate management and treasury risk analytics.
