Treasury Analyst

About the role

MiniMed’s Corporate Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Analyst to support global cash and liquidity management. The role will be based in Pune and will work closely with banks, internal finance partners and technology platforms to ensure smooth treasury operations across multiple currencies and legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate banking systems with MiniMed financial platforms to streamline payment processing and reporting.
• Monitor daily cash positions across various currencies and entities, ensuring sufficient operational liquidity.
• Execute wire transfers, inter‑company funding and other cash movement activities.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards that provide actionable insights for process improvement and risk reduction.
• Identify, track and analyse foreign‑exchange exposure and support the design of hedging strategies.
• Perform financial analyses to inform global treasury decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive overall business performance.
• Prepare SOX control reports and act as system administrator for bank portals and treasury applications.

Required profile

• Experience in cash management and financial risk operations within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multi‑currency cash data.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.

Required skills

• Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard creation.
• Understanding of foreign‑exchange exposure and hedging concepts.
• Familiarity with SOX control reporting.
