Site Controller

About the role

As the Site Controller for Flavours, you will partner with the Head of Operations and Regional Operations Controller to provide financial oversight and support across multiple manufacturing sites. You will help shape strategic decisions, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure robust budgeting and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support site management in developing business plans, forecasts, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee month‑end financial close, KPI analysis, and variance reporting for Pune, Daman and Roha facilities.
• Provide financial insight for strategic decisions and special projects.
• Manage annual budgeting, periodic costing activities and COGS analysis.
• Deliver detailed product costing analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Division, Operations and Commercial Controlling teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or controlling, preferably within manufacturing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with site and regional management.
• Proactive analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving, global environment.
