Travel Trainer – Classroom & Practical Training

About the role

Frankfinn Aviation Services is seeking a full‑time Travel Trainer to join its Rajkot campus. You will deliver classroom and hands‑on training covering travel and tourism operations, ticketing, itinerary planning, reservation systems, and customer‑service best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and training materials for travel and tourism modules.
• Conduct classroom sessions, practical exercises, and case‑study discussions.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate training records.
• Support curriculum updates to align with industry standards and Frankfinn guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel and tourism operations, including ticketing, itinerary planning, and reservation systems.
• Experience in classroom training, instructional design, and learner assessment (highly beneficial).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Graduate degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a structured training environment and uphold professional ethics.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
• Familiarity with online training tools.
