Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

FabMyTrip is seeking a motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join its sales team in Bhopal. You will help customers plan their trips by understanding their needs, recommending suitable packages, and guiding them through the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Assess travel requirements and suggest appropriate packages.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads.
• Provide detailed information on package pricing and booking procedures.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on destination information, packages, and promotions.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; travel industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Confidence in handling calls and messages with customers.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
