Travel Consultant

About the role

FabMyTrip is seeking a customer‑focused Travel Consultant to join its sales team in Bhopal. You will help travelers plan and book memorable trips while contributing to the company’s growth in the Indian travel market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads.
• Provide detailed information on packages, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on destinations, packages, and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of prior sales experience; travel industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer‑handling abilities.
• Confidence speaking with customers over calls and messages.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
