Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you love travel, enjoy helping customers plan memorable trips, and thrive in a sales‑focused environment, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from B2C clients via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, cruises and travel insurance.
• Customize itineraries and packages to match client requirements.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including sightseeing tours, transfers and activities.
• Provide accurate advice on destinations, travel routes and visa requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel trends, airline deals and hotel offers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Prior experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Executive or Holiday Package Sales Consultant.
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, result‑oriented and passionate about the tourism industry.
