About the role
Amani Travel and Tourism is seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join its team in Kottakkal. The role involves helping clients plan and book travel experiences while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, tours and other travel arrangements.
- Provide visa assistance and ticketing services.
- Offer expert advice on destinations and travel packages.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for ticketing and reservations (optional).
