Travel Consultant – International Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an International Customer Service Consultant to join our Gurgaon office. You will support EaseMyTrip customers from the UK, UAE, Thailand, US, Singapore and Saudi Arabia, handling enquiries via phone, email and chat and helping them book flights, hotels and holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑regional support, answering inquiries and processing bookings for customers across six countries.
• Assist customers in planning and booking tailored travel itineraries, including flights, hotels and holiday packages.
• Resolve booking issues and service queries promptly, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Manage interactions received through EaseMyTrip’s international websites and partner meta‑search engines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products, market trends and regional offerings.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to recommend service improvements.
• Promote and upsell travel products, contributing to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to share best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or travel‑related roles, preferably with international clientele.
• Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, business or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and cultural sensitivity.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
