Training Specialist

About the role

StayVista is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement and deliver training programs for its on‑ground hospitality staff, primarily in housekeeping and service roles. The role ensures that team members have the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide world‑class guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules for housekeeping, guest services and villa management teams.
• Partner with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skill gaps and create tailored training interventions.
• Assess training effectiveness through performance evaluations, participant feedback and direct observation.
• Support Owner and Guest Management tasks as required by the organization.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations or training (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols and villa management best practices.
• Ability to train blue‑collar and fresher workforces using simple, practical methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus.
• Bonus: experience delivering on‑ground training in remote or multi‑location setups.
