Training Specialist

About the role

Amazon’s Last Mile Learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee competencies across our logistics operations. The role supports the development of a high‑performing workforce by aligning training initiatives with Amazon’s core values and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, and assess classroom and digital learning sessions for new processes, quality management, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and analyze learning metrics, performance data, and reports in Excel to track progress and identify gaps.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, ensure process compliance, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, certify, and coach learning coaches to expand training capacity.
• Lead individual improvement projects aimed at enhancing business performance and learning outcomes.
• Travel to assigned stations and territories to deliver on‑site training and support metric improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or Trainer in a logistics or operations environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, approachable, and able to model Amazon’s leadership principles.
• Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
