Training Admin Intern

About the role

This internship supports the Airbus India Training Centre by managing the day‑to‑day administration of pilot and crew training programmes. You will work closely with instructors, trainees and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the complete training calendar, including ground school, Full Flight Simulator (FSTD) sessions and aircraft training slots.
• Schedule qualified instructors, manage rosters and handle last‑minute changes while respecting duty‑time limits.
• Arrange training logistics such as classroom bookings, simulator bays and required materials; support international trainees with travel and visa coordination.
• Maintain trainee records in the Training Management System (TMS), logging attendance, progress and flight hours.
• Verify prerequisite compliance (medical, licences, qualifications) and prepare documentation for internal and external audits (DGCA, EASA).
• Issue course completion certificates and type‑rating qualifications.
• Serve as primary point of contact for trainees and airline customers, providing schedule updates and addressing queries.

Required profile

• Current student with a strong interest in aviation training administration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with a Training Management System (TMS) for record keeping and scheduling.
